GoPLAN and CosmosPLAN is subject to data cap of 700GB (Go) and 1TB (Cosmos). Users exceeding data usage will be throttled down to 40% of their speed. [Valid for AirFiber customers only, otherwise unlimited data is given for EAIR eFiber and Fiber customers]
Symmetric speeds are available on both EAIR eFiber and Fiber. For eFiber customers, symmetric option is only available with GoPLAN P749. This is because on how copper handles the data.

As part of our on-going efforts and improvements, EAIR will be giving away speedboost through January 10 for Go (up to 25Mbps), Cosmos (up to 40Mbps), and Quantum (up to 60Mbps). Users subscribe to those plans will be automatically given speedboost on the given date.
We are also welcoming the year with our newest promotion—New Year, New EAIR. From January 7th-February 28th, users who will be subscribing as well as upgrading to any of EAIR plans will be receiving FREE boosted speeds.
